Like making things move, or being thrown out of bed or across the room? I'm asking because Sylvia Browne said that this girl who was being "attacked" at night when she was sleeping, needed to see a mental health professional because she was doing these things to her self, but the girl "believes" she is being attacked by a spirit or ghost, any thoughts out there???

I suffer from mental illness myself. Part of it is a physical thing, but not all of it. There is a such thing as spiritual warfare. Satan and his demons are real. They attack people in sometimes small ways that we don't recognize, and also some really big ways. This definitely sounds like a spiritual attack. The girl didn't have to do anything to cause it, she just chosen for who knows what reason. I recommend the book by T Neil Anderson called Bondage Breakers. It's very enlightening.

Its really useful for mentally ill people like me and even for people who are not MI to be able to sort what happens inside your brain and what happens in the world outside of it. AND its useful to not confuse the two very much. Reality testing is what I do to keep things in order. Don't pretend you know things you don't. Ask for logical proof. I think maybe some nice stories about powerful helpful spirits and ghosts, maybe real ones, could help her.

Yes it can happen many mentally ill people can see spirits and ghosts there for they think that something is happening to them so they fall back or through themselves across a room.

A mentally ill person can hurt themselves but be so ill that they hallucinate and believe someone/thing is doing it or causing it.

depends on how da '' mentally ill person '' is. They're diff kinds of them , like stupid 1s , crazy 1s , weird 1s.......well u get my point
