It's very unlikley you'll lose that much in that little time, but it doesn't mean you can't lose it ever. Losing weight, unfortunatley, is gradual. Everyday, take in fewer calories than you burn off. It's going to take eating a lot less and only when you actually feel physical hunger. For example:
For breakfast eat a banana.
If you're hungery before lunch, eat carrots. If not - *don't eat.*
For lunch have a salad or a whole wheat wrap/sandwich with vegetables. If you're a vegetarian, incorporate some beans or nuts because you need protein. If not, eat only lean meat and small amounts of it. (deck of card-size or less)
For dinner, find low-calorie meals that are easy to make. Salads are good, fish is good, and eating smaller portions is good. Don't eat pasta of a lot of white grain.
Also - drink a lot of water! This really helps and is really important.
Excersise - do 30-60 minutes (depending on how in shae you are now) 3-4 days a week. Don't slack off. ever. Do crunches and pushups if you can. If you're really busy and don
t have time to excersise, try doing small things, like taking the stairs or walking around while you're on the phone. But running is really going to help you so if you have an extra 1/2 hour - go for it.

Healthy weight loss should be no more than 1 or 2 lbs. per week. Any more than that and you are setting yourself up for metabolism problems that always lead to yo yo dieting. Then each time you lose weight and gain it back , it will get harder and harder to get the weight off again. Losing weight at a healthy rate and keeping it off should be the main goal, not crash dieting in hopes of losing weight in the shortest amount of time. In other words, weight control is a life long eating plan not losing it fast. Aerobic exercise several times a week in your target heart rate zone and a whole foods diet (nothing out of boxes, cans, no convenience foods such as mac n cheese). Fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables, high protein lean meats, and a daily fish oil supplement would be a good diet.
Note: Even though it won't help you lose weight by spelling "stomach" correctly, you might lose the snickers (and I don't mean the candy bar) you more than likely are getting right nw for spelling it "stumic".

Endermologie is a wonderful way to get rid of excess water weight and firm your body up as well. It's like a whole body work out. The first to come off is the water anyway... go on atkins... and dont consume more than 15 net carbs a day... work out 30-45 mins a day if you can...
thats a lot of weight to lose in a very short time... and any crash diet you go on will rebound back quickly
also, get a spell checker

I know it sounds really corny, but beleive me it works, Think thin. eat what a thin person eats, move around like skinny people do. and always only eat when you can feel phyiscally hunger

lay on the floor with your legs bent. place a spelling book on the top of your knees. cross your arms and try to turn the pages with your nose one page at a time until you get to S and see how to spell "stomach".. that should do the trick!
