If i really knew you, there is the chance that i could be your friend, never more than that however. But, in order for any form of friendship to form, there would have to be some sort of connection, meaning that i would, as you said, really have to know you. Otherwise, i would not mind being anyone's friend.

I think that friendships take time to develop and real friendships occur only after people share real experiences together. It depends on age, background, likes and dislikes and also the person's personality.
I can't give you an honest answer because I don't know you and you don't know me. It would take time to give you a proper answer and an honest one.
