Well, there are different "versions" of sex: oral, outercourse, and intercourse. What you and this girl did is called outercourse, which is pretty much fondling, lying naked, kissing, etc. you did not actually have sexual intercourse, so it is not quite what most people would consider to be sex, but it is a form of outercourse.
