We installed a simple slide lock at the top. Make sure that even with a chair she can not reach it, you don't want her to fall trying.
As far a energy....well every mother of a toddler is wiped out, much less being pregnate! Try yoga in the morning. Your little one might get a kick out of doing it too. Stress, sugar and fatty foods will wipe you out too...try a nice tea (green or white will boost your antioxidents!) to calm the stress, eat well and balanced and do your best to enjoy your day. Who ever labled the second year of life "the terrible two's" was dead wrong. They are amazing. Your daughter will say the funniest things, do the funniest things and is learning to be independant and becoming her own person co-dependant of you. It's amazing (though a lot of work). Sit back and laugh with her. Make up silly games, have her help with the house work (she'll love hanging back up clothes if it's to a crazy song or a race) get a child's vacum and broom. Keeping her by your side will lessen the "incidents" that create more work for you.
So, bust out those bubbles, chalk, kiddy mowers and giggle with your little daughter. Your dishes might get a little crusty...but heck, they can sit still, your daughter can't!

Put something heavy in front of the door so she can't move it. Put a lock on the door. Tie it to something else (like another door, or something heavy) with string so she can't open it. I know how you feel, mine goes through the dresser drawers and drags all the clothes out on a regular basis. I don't mind though because I just make it a game for her to pick them back up. Keeps us occupied.
I'm 36 weeks pregnant so I know how you feel. To get more energy, try eating fruit. That's the only thing that I've found. Also getting enough rest will help. Take a nap with your daughter during the day - that helps me a LOT.
Good luck, and remember you won't be pregnant forever.. it gets easier lol.

If you're up to it, reprimand her....it depends on the kid though....most 2 1/2 year old look at you like your crazy when you try to lay the law down...
Other than that, they sell c-shaped locks that fit over the knob of one door and stretch to the other knob, then you slip a lock on the c-shape...
If the knobs are too far apart for this, you could always use a rubber wedge....it's usually sold to put on the floor to keep a door open, but get it and shove it at the top of the closet door...

You should explain to her that what she is doing is a no ...no and if she does this again she will put all of these things back in order or stay in time out for 10 minutes.
