depends on your shampoo. try to get a shampoo that has a conditioner mized in ir if you like your shampoo you can get an "in shower moisturizer". its like lotion but you put it in your hair in the shower and then you wash it out after a few minutes. it locks in the mooisture and when you blow dry your hair, it can be straight but you'll still have volume, and it wont be dry

Mix well and apply to hair
Use a towel dipped in warm water to cover hair and leave for 1/2 hour

Well, try to use a 3 minute deep conditioning cream. I used Garnier, they have one that works well. Plus it smells great. Try to also put in a leave in conditioner also, which will help hydrate the hair also.

I am a hairstylist and I would say to go to your salon and buy a reconditioner. Use it 1 -3 times a week. You can leave it on for as long as you like. Also buy a heat protectant spray for before styling. To make it look sleek and moist buy a shine spray and use it when flat ironing or curling .I like Matrix Sleek Looks line. I like Biolage thermal active setting spray for more hold and protection. Vinal Glam shine spray for Redken, and Biolage Ultra Hydrating Balm as an everyday reconditioner.
