to be honest I don't think it improves you thinking ability I think it improves your ability to be open to new ideas. I think it helps to jump start the creative side of you mind. I think it helps to sooth your nerves and finally I think it's just a great way to kick back and watch a movie, play a game, or get your freak on with your lady.

I neither promote, advocate or denounce smoking pot. To each his own and may them not harm anyone in the process.

P.S. weed a.k.a. Marijuana is not addicting there is no chemical with in it that causes a physical addiction. The only addiction that can be gained from smoking weed is a mental addiction and that is not due to smoking weed but rather the brains own chemistry.

Mmm...There are many medicinal benefits of marijuana, which some medical doctors say alleviates the pain and nausea associated with AIDS, cancer, cancer treatment, and other diseases. Currently there is a much politicized battle over cannabis use. Should the medical benefits of marijuana be established by more medical research, it would be a drug no different from most narcotic prescription drug throughout the world. There are several states in the United States where voters have approved referendums expressing varying degrees of support for medicinal uses of marijuana. The United Nations board that oversees international drug control treaties for the United Nations has recommended that governments sponsor impartial research into the medicinal benefits of marijuana.

Good luck :)

It impairs your ability to process information just as alcohol does.
Marijuana has no medicinal value, but it does have pain relieving values for the terminally Ill.

Long term usage of marijuana will have detrimental effects on your brain and ability to think and process information at any normal speed. It is not worth the joy you get for the short time it is there. Compared to the long term memory issues you will have.

No it does not improve anything. The only reason why people do these things is because these things have something in them that gives them pleasure, and an addiction.

It feels good to some people and they therefor enjoy it.

The only thing I think it improves is your mood, sex drive and appetite.

Nope.

But it does make for a nice buzz... :)

And now that I have a nice, even number of points, I should get back to doing the laundry.

It is a recreational drug, like alcohol (but not legal) to help them relax, ahh peer pressure.

Also, medicinal reasons.
