You need a new pan, a non-stick one or a teflon coated pan. If you are using a non stick pan now and it is sticking than it must be old. My skillet comes clean when wiped with a paper towel. No soaking needed.

get a good commercial quality [ look for an NSF mark stamped into the bottom ] 8 or 9" non-stick skillet . About $ 15.00
Use it only for eggs and crepes and nothing else;
Use only medium heat and be gentle with your eggs. Do not rush the process. Either spray the pan or swirl a little butter prior to cooking.
Do not use metal utensils and when you are done, the pan should wipe clean with a paper towel. Store with a dry paper towel inside to prevent scratching

My method is to use a good non-stick fry pan with about a TBS. of butter. Then I scramble the eggs right in the fry pan with a non-stick spatula. Works like a dream and not enough left in the pan to even treat the dog!

General rule: Hot pan+cold oil or butter=Food wont stick
Get your pan hot preferably non-stick. Add pat of butter, oil or spray.
Mix your eggs and a LITTLE water.***Dont use milk!
Keep your pan hot and use the spatula to scramble the eggs making sure you get the stuff you push to the outside edges of the skillet.When you see no more liquid your eggs are done. Let skillet cool for a few minutes and immediately wash it. Should come out nice and clean.

If you will get you a no-stick small fry pan and when you scramble your eggs - just use a small amout of grease or butter and the eggs will just slid right out of the pan...Then just run the pan under some hot water and use a sponge to wipe it right out...
Then put the pan up untill you use it again...

Try using a non stick pan. I don't have any problems with them.

put it in the sink immediately after you serve the eggs and let it soak. If you let it sit there, it's impossible to clean. And try those scrubby sponges.
