Big cooling porblems! I suggest you flush and fill the radiator after you change the thermostat, check your oil, if it looks like choclate milk, and not oil, then there is a head problem as well, as far as the ac getting hotter when the motor does, that's due to motor lag, when the motor's hot it lags. One more thing, have your water pump checked, or look into the radiator (NOT WHILE IT"S HOT), at normal operating temperature, and you should see a flow from left to right in the opening. Or just take it to Ford, that's the easiest, and the best thing to do, they built it let them fix it.

It could be the compressor is bad and could be overworking the engine. Get a diagnosis from a repair shop. It might just be you need minor repairs like a coolant flush and a new thermostat. Most mechanics will say that they'll have to look at it.Bring it to a shop you can trust that does a.c.

Um, the check engine light is trying to tell you something is wrong, and has the code stored in it to point you towards the problem.

there are many possibles causes. ck your fluid level. then ck that your thermostat is opening. when you turn on your a/c the electric fan should turn on.if it does not then check your fuses, fan relay and lastly the fan itself. another possibility is your radiator is clogged with deposits. have it flushed.
