What impresses a girl is not being fake, for instance acting cool and like a real jerk when you are around your friends. What impresses girls is when you are a gentlemen, yet are not so serious, and you can make them laugh.

seriously: make 'em laugh = make 'em breakfast. Good sense of humor is much better than good looks. Lots of cash doesn't hurt, though.
