My dads recently got remarried, his wife's moved in and bought with her her Daughter.
She's around my age and we really get along, the other night we made out. i know she likes me and I really like her and I really wanna be with her . But my Dad would kill me and I have to live in this house and keep the peace.
Would this be classed as incest? She is my sister right? Is this right?

She's not your sister. Your dad and his new wife have merely provided you with a dating service.

No, it's not incest... But you have to look at the situation with a fair mind. She's related to you. If the situation had been a bit different, and you had hooked up BEFORE your dad got married, I wouldn't know what to say.

But now, you still have a choice. Love is one part of life. But as long as this relationship isn't too complicated as yet, you should look to cutting it down. Is it really worth all the complications?

Because trust me, the complications are only going to get worse. Try to think of her as your actual proper sister. A sister can be nice to have.

From the fact that you are asking whether or not you can continue this, I would gather that you are not too deep in this yet. So, hard as it may be, shelve out this line of thought.

Well, , I think if you're not related by blood, then you're not doing anything such as kissing a blood related sister, You'll probably be obligated to not get serious with her, but if you really want this to work, just keep it normal, flirt, little kiss here an there, an when you guys are older, then, It won't really matter hopefully, I mean you guys aren't related by blood, I think if you love each other, When you guys are older they should understand that, I guess if yur willing to risk everything, Go for it... I frankly would have to say this is a tough situation, why don't you ask your dad, what he feels, an your stepmom... It would be kind of weird at family get togethers, but I guess after awhile it wouldn't matter.

It's not incest, because you aren't blood relations. But you are going to create a REALLY difficult situation in your home if you allow this to progress. Try being friends for a while - if that works out, there will be plenty of time for romance in the future.

Yes, but only through marriage. It's not by blood, so there should be no problem there. Until both of you are out of the house, play it cool or you're going to give your Dad and Step Mom a heart attack.

Funny, nobody asks this question the other way round where the parents of a married couple get married, and as there is no very close blood relationship there can be no problem with the law.

It is not incest no as you are not biologically related. Just a wierd situation that you'll have to work out for yourself.

She isnt blood related so its ok! but when you tell people that she is ur step sister! it would gross them out!! just try to find new girls! she isnt the only one for you!! Incest is blood related! so it wouldnt be classed as that!

Wow... that really sucks. Technically she IS your sister but, she's not blood. I think it is considered incest but, if you really like her... try to work it out some how.

...as sad and pathetic as the law is on this..it is legaly classed as incest if both your parents have married thus by becoming your step sister by marriage alone, ...sh*it, but true.

you could opt to make it a secret but would be awkward/if/when you split up.
