Hello? Call police and report it now. Did you get the plate number, care make model and color? DO NOT WALK ALONE until this is resolved. You have nothing to lose and so much to gain if this guy IS a creep. Besides, think about it...would your parents stop and ask a kid for directions? I smell something here and hope you trust your instincts. Call now, hon.

well before you call the cops just make sure you didnt mistake or misidentfy any of his actions that culd be a mental illness. He could be slightly autistic (well at least i think autistic is when you repeat things) or something else. But dont hesitate to call the cops hes probably a stalker so nextime your walking at night bring a friend please, this sounds like a very serious problem. Have you talked to your neibhors or anyone you know who walks the sameway as you or could possibly know him? well please dont hesitate to call the cops just because i said he might be handicap. I dont think he evn has a mental illness if hes outside alone. And have his appearences became more frequent since the time it stated, that could be a sign of a stalker. But please before you do yhis call the cops please!!! so forget everything else i said about mental illnesses and all that other junk untill you call the cops and know he isnt after you. BE CAREFULL

Call the Police and give them a description and what he is doing and that at first you thought he was legit and now you have a feeling something is wrong it is a recurring thing and now he started to follow you today. I would do it right away!!

Call the police! Tell them exactly what you told us. Do something before he hurts someone. How would you feel if something happened to someone and you could have prevented it? Never take chances with your safety.
