You'll lose more weight if you don't skip breakfast. Have a no or low fat yogurt for breakfast, an apple or banana for a snack, a lunch full of protein (like a salad w/ chicken in it or tuna on crackers), a vegetable snack, and a sensible dinner (maybe a bowl of Special K or Cheerios or something if you don't want to cook). Stick with lots of water, and try to cut down on a lot of salt and diet drinks. Black, red or green tea, hot or cold, would be fine (don't sweeten it). The trick is to eat small, healthy meals all day - it keeps your metabolism up - you MUST start by eating breakfast. You may also want to split your exercise up by doing 1/2 hour of cardio 2 or 3 different times per day, but if you can't, doing an hour at the gym would be fine. Don't plan on losing more than 1 or 2 lbs a week after the first couple of weeks.

No it won't! If you want to lose weight, eat a breakfast, lunch, go to the gym, and then have a lite dinner. You'll need fuel for the day, eat to live, and not live to eat, and you'll do just fine. Just eat what's good and what you need, this way you can lose the best way, the healthy way. If you starve like this, it will only frustrate you, as when you start to eat again, you'll gain it all back.
Your biggest meals should be in the morning and afternoon, because your body will burn all this off, it's when we slow down at nite and eat, this stays on, hope this makes sense.

no way breakfast is the most important meal of the day. and skipping meals will hurt you in the long run you can eat some carbs but not a lot. you also need some meat. give yourseldf one free day or youll never keep the diet and if you break it dont say ill start over on monday for a fresh week get back on track the next day it will really help.

I don't think so. Your body goes a long time without eating over night. If you skip breakfast and eat later in the day, your body will think it is starving and start storing the food as fat. Try, instead, cutting off your eating time a bit earlier in the day rather than waiting to eat later. Your metabolism will not slow down like it does by skipping breakfast.

Maybe not, sometimes when you cut back on eating your body stalls, because it thinks that you are starving it, but eventually when you win over..you will lose weight fast, BUT you will gain it back even faster!
