Derka is a made up name , Mohamed is an arabic name that means holy one or chosen one, Jihad is a religious war waged on behalf of Alla, Jahi sounds like a name, Mujahedeen to my knowledge is the name of a terrorist group all of these answers are open to challenge or correction I do conceed ignorance on this question

It was a joke from the movie Team America. The words weren't intended to mean anything specific - they were just supposed to represent some random syllables to sound like Middle Eastern jibberish.

It doesn't mean anything. It's just a bunch of words and names that sound/are Arabic and was used as a joke about people from the Middle East/Muslims.
