How can I get another Girlfriend-i'll do anything to do this.?

all,

I have failed misrebly within my last 2 relatinships and am wondering how to get another girlfriend and not loose another one.

within my last 2 relationships I tried far too hard to impress, was always wanting to help out and both relationships have ended in disaster, but with one of them at least we're still mates.
But the other one we aint even talking at the moment, hopefully she'll start talking to me again at some stage soon.

But my question is how can I go about getting another girlfriend? anything I try just seems to destent to failure, like should I try not being so wanting to do things, buy things or what?
not be so military like in my approach, dads ex australian airforce and I think that this comes into it in some way, shape or form.

answers from both guys and girls will be accepted for the above question.

dont change yourself in any way, you'll find a girl who likes you for who you are. and to get a girl, just start making friends talk to them, get to know them. if your old enough, go hang out in a restaraunt or something idk how it is in australia but in the US just talk to people, if you see someone you like, try talkin to her. or just take a break for a while and someone will come to you. good luck bud.

I,m thinking maybe some time away from women right now could help you get a better perspective on things. If a relationship is going to happen it will if you go out desperately looking for one your bound to make a bad choice so just cool your heels for a little while and see what happens. Plenty of fish in the sea as they say.
