It means you're normal. Kissing is a standard element of foreplay, and your body will respond even if your relationship is not yet at the point where you'd follow through.
Trying to hide it will only attract attention, but don't make a big deal of it either. Simply acknowledge the fact and let her indicate what, if anything, she wants to do about it.

Just by your not knowing the answer to this question, leads me to believe that you are too young to do anything else. Just kiss your little girlfriend and that be the end of it. Wait until you're much older to do anything else with your girlfeind, who may by that time, even be someone else.
