I have known him for a month and 2 weeks and i really love him, And i am being transfered to Fla For a job and hes coming with me so when is a good time to ask that question?

It sounds too soon. I would err on the side of caution, and wait until it has been at least a year. There are many things you discover about a person, after living with them. At any rate, you are still in the honeymoon period. Don't rush so much, you have the rest of your lives ahead of you. If you truly think he is the one, then there is no need to worry about marrying so quickly so that he won't leave you. Enjoy the relationship for a while!!

Well prototocal saysa woman can propose in february of a leap year.So in 18months you'll be wiser.Of course he may propose in the meantime.Anyway where's he going to live
