Many people believe that you should switch your diet when you are pregnant. I am not one of those people. I believe you should continue to eat and live the way you did before you got pregnant, only add a few more things. You can still eat junk food, but not too much. You will see that as your pregnancy progresses, your body will determine what it really wants. I ate everything i ate before and both of my children where very healthy. 7lbs9ozs and 8lbs2oz. Your pregnancy should not be a concern but a joy. Have fun and live , even while you are pregnant!

CHOPPED SALAD WITH TUNA & GARLIC

6 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 head escarole, thinly sliced
1/2 head romaine, thinly sliced
2 (6oz.) cans tuna, packed in water and well-drained
salt & pepper to taste

In a large bowl, whisk together oil, garlic, and vinegar. Add escarole, romaine, tuna, and salt & pepper to taste; toss well. Serve immediately. (Serves 4 as a side dish, 2 as a main dish. Good with french bread & butter.) And, congratulations!

oranges apples grapes pears plums broccoli cantaloupe watermelon blueberries bell peppers leaf lettuce spinach onions,
oatmeal lentils eat stuff like that

when i was prego i ate freash fruit mixed with cotagge cheese i have one for chicken lime soup but that takes a little more time email me if you want it its really good snuggle_up_agus@yahoo.com

honestly all i can think of are mashed potatoes. They helped me. And root beer.
