My guess would be there there would be slightly more agnostics than athiests since to believe in nothing at all seems the least likely choice for humans by nature. We all have to have some sort of anchor. But, there is a difference between the two (agnostic and athiest).

If you are asking what percentage of the world falls into the two categories, I would say maybe 8 to 10%.
