Yes, and the test is repeatable. But you will notice, that some people don't believe the sun rises at all. What I'd like to see, is the sunlight arriving before the dawn. That would make the creation story in Genesis more believable. Do you think 'Old Man River' will keep on rolling? How about the Dark side of the Moon? Can you prove it exists? If God told you to go stand in the corner of the world, where would you go, Poland? Is the Medditerranian Ocean really the center of the world? Do all roads lead to Rome?

Assuming this is not a trick question and we are using sunrise and sunset as common terms of understanding, my answer to your question is NO.

The nature of proof is current or historical, it's main task is to verify something that has happened, or a proposition held. It cannot be used to verify the future. You cannot prove what has yet to happen. What if nuclear weapons are lit off this very night and planet earth gets blown up? There won't be a tomorrow for us to speak of. Rather we can say that based on human experience, and assuming all things constant, the sun is likely to rise again tomorrow as it has always done so for the past thousand years.

If it didn't, that means that Earth stopped spinning or that the sun burned out. If the former occured then we'd probably die from some natural catastrophic disaster. If the latter, we'd freeze to death. So since both of those are unlikey to happen within the time it took you to send this question, that's my proof. We'd be able to see the sun burning out. It's a star and they go through stages as they die. Same with the earth. I think we'd feel it slowing down and ya...that's my theory I guess!

Prove it to whom? To People who believe in the Bible? yes! The Bible says it will in the Noahic covenant where God promised that until the end that the seasons and days and nights etc will continue until He returns. We have at least a thousand years more of sunlight.

No, the sun will definitely NOT rise tomorrow.

The sun isn't moving relative to us - we're moving relative to it.
