My best friend who is a guy told me that he loved me. I love him too but I didn't think he had the same feelings for me. We have slept together before. When I tried to return those feelings, he slept with another girl to make me see that hes not the man for me. Why tell me you love me if you dont really want me? Why do guys do stupid things? I love him so much still and I dont want to stop being his friend cause we been friends for over 5 years. I need advice. Please help.

It's up to you if you still love him, you know the consequences maybe? The best thing you do is stay the same at him and ask god's guidance that's the best thing you can do. You know that guy is lucky because their is someone who love him truly it's his lost not yours. So, if you choose to still love him then go on but don't expect that in return he love you also.

In today's world, there is so many things we can decide to do, we do not know how to keep 1-relationship with someone. The fact that he did what he did with another girl tells me it is time to drop him and look for someone else. He will continue to hurt you and you will continue to chase after him.
There is a lot of lonely guys out there. You will find another one.

Sometimes people will tell other people that they love them just to get them to sleep with them.
Real love respects a friend. Love and sexual commitment belong with a marriage commitment.
You messed up but, everyone makes mistakes. Move on. Don't do this again. He isn't really a friend.

well i'm a guy and i can honestly say we're not all prone to doing stupid things. however, he's obviously going through those years where he thinks with the wrong head and he's completely controlled by emotions. he won't think logically for the most part, but after he's experienced this phase he'll snap out of it and realize he's making the mistake...things have a way of working themselves out

When a Man sleeps with someone else besdies you that is very obviously that your cookies are not sweet anymore and someone else has baked him up a nice batch of Sugar cookies and he loves the way they taste. He considers your cookies burnt...I wonder why!!

you may need to just lose this guy once and for all. obviously he's sending you mixed signals and doesn't care about you as much as he says he does. if he did, he wouldn't be sleeping around. surround yourself with real friends and leave this loser far far behind.
