you must learn the art of creative boredom, my friend! Try to see if you can touch your tongue to your nose...or do a handsstand? Lay on the couch upside-down, and see how long before you feel like youre going to pass out? Take up yoga/pilates? Painting (ie:the finger type?or paint your bedroom any way you want it?)
...no?i guess you should get a job, then. make money=at ice cream and go to movies=no boredom!

Yes he was right. Years ago children had to play games such as ludo and snakes and ladders. Parents also were much stricter and made children do a fair amount of chores around the house. So what with all that and homework too, they did not have time to get bored.
If you are bored do something, it does not matter whether it is something active like gardening, clearing up, etc or something that occupies your mind - it is surprising how well it works.

Take up a hobby, offer to help a neighbour, enroll in a course of some kind.
Help your mother / father with the house work. The list can go on and on.
Just make yourself helpful.

Get on 4od or iplayer. there is multiple issues to visual demonstrate unit. No thought appropriate to the footie - soz. can no longer you google it? you will locate out. you need to continually decide for a run. yet I guess you could't be assed. Get some beers and knock your self out. Watch a action picture? Dwnload a action picture - Blood and Bone is fab. can no longer think of of plenty else to point. i'm basically vegging out in front of the field in the present day. try this.
