honestly i think it is the sugar. one symptom of diabetes (which is too much sugar in the bloodstream) is thirst. i think we get a mini version of it with insulin not keeping up whenever we OD on sugar.

Your body is trying to get rid of the overload of sugar.
You might need to be tested for being pre-diabetic.
One problem that diabetics have is being thirsty a lot, because their bodies are trying to flush out the sugar.

I'm not sure exactly, but I believe it has something to do with the dairy...I get thirsty after eating cheese too. But who knows...???...I just thought I'd throw that out there. Maybe I'm the only one who gets thirsty after eating cheese. ???

Very Simple, but not obvious answer to this one---If U have ever watched ice cream being made---there is aLOT OF SALT
in the mix-----you dont taste it as such but there is plenty there.
So like anything else "salty"---chips,pretzels, etc--U get thirsty
after consuming it......
