pc sync programs for my vi2300 phone to my computer?

Question

I have Bitpim for a program to move ringers and walpapers to my sprint vi2300 phone and a usb cable, but I can't get bitpim to work...is there a better program that I can try. I would like to know any expiriences you've had with the program...the easiest one to use will get the points..The program needs to be able to edit songs within it [i.e. make them shorter & take up less space] I hope I'm not being to specific...oh yea...and it needs to be FREE!! thx

try reinstalling bitpim, it works great for me
