Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

Well, it's not a Vietnam answer, but... When I moved to Thailand a few years ago, my weight stayed about the same but my body improved tremendously! I was thin but not toned in the US probably from crap food. In Thailand I learned to eat veggies and fruit, walk everywhere and do stuff I would never do in the US--live 4 floors up, carry groceries everyday, play volleyball, sweat and drink a buttload of water. I now have abs, obliques, cut arms and quads, stuff I never thought I would have. Maybe I'm just a vain chick, but I love the compliments I get when I visit home about lean muscles. I've been visiting the US for 2 weeks now, and I feel like a tank, but I'll feel better when I get to Thailand and back to normal, lol! I still crave mac n cheez, though... I'm not sure about a multi billion dollar industry, but I sure think it can be pitched to some folks. Cool question.

I lost 75 Pounds it took me over a year to do it. I have had it off for almost 10 years. You need to cut your snacking in half. Don't starve yourself when you feel hungry. Eat a little. Go by the portion size on the bag or box. Drink a glass of water before you eat a meal this will help. You are only thirteen you are going to want to go with your friends and have pizza and other things. Before you go have a lite snack at home. This way you won't be as likely to eat a lot of so called junk food. Take a vitamin for your age group, your Dr. can help you with that. Just remember to go slow. Don't get discouraged if you don't lose any weight one week look forward to the next week. Good luck Dear You will succeed if you are determined to be healthy.

Make sure you eat a healthy breakfast, my doctor said it wil help get your body prepared to burn fat. Make sure it's healthy. If you have a dog, walk it, a lot. Don't eat before you go, eat afterwards, your body wil still be burning calories, eat some fruit. If you don't have a dog walk alone or with a friend, you could also bike or rollerblade. You could do sit ups at night, and don't eat to late, and if you do, of course, eat something healthy. The biggest thing is to stay away from is bread, eat carbs and stuff, just not to much bread.

Your doctor is right. If you continue the way you are, by the time you are 18 you will look like a blimp. Blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, will get you. On the positive note, you are aware of your condition and is willing to do something about it. Get the help and the support of your parents. Stay out of miracle diets. Burn more calories and eat less will cause you to lose weight. Try to lose weight slowly and permanently. Good luck.

Try starting off by walking a few hours at least everyday. Then when you are able to, light jogging and running. Then, when you can, run like the wind...
Also, it helps to do other exercises but as a 13 year old, best things are riding your bike and running like normal 13 year olds...
Don't be shy to run round the neighbourhood because when you look good, everyone will want to see you running and you can shun the people that may mock you then!

Limit your fat intake, not eliminate it, but limit it
Limit your sugar
Be sure to eat fresh fruits and vegetables
Don't over indulge.
Cut out soda, even diet soda. Drink eight eight ounce glasses of water EVERY day.
Walk at least thirty minutes five days per week.

The weight will come of slowly. And that's how you want it. You have to remember that at thirteen you are still growing.

find a sport that you enjoy doing that way your 'working out' and EAT HEALTHY, not all healthy food is gross, instead of fried or baked chicken, eat grilled chicken, stick to a good healthy diet 6 days week, have one designated day (it has to be the same day every week) to eat whatever you want and how much you want, stay away from sodas, if you cant stay away from soda, drink sprite, or another type of clear soda, instead of snacking on just food get some fruits or veggies that you like so you can munch on those, make sure to eat 5 meals a day, don't starve yourself it will only slow down you metabolism and make it more difficult to lose weight. also carbs and bread are not horrible for you they should just be limited, remember its harder for your body to break down protein in to energy than it is to break down carbs into energy GOOD LUCK :) ....oh and instead of ice cream...have a fruit sorbet
