Abraham is being Forced to take Chemo Therapy against his will.
Perhaps you have heard about this story on the news.
Do the reprocussions of this worry you?
If the Government can force Abraham to take Chemo Therapy instead of respecting his right to explore alternatives to chemo Against His will and the will of his parents...
Do you think they could force any of the rest of us to take, against our will...
Birth Control?
Mind altering drugs?
Pills to terminate our life?
Others?
What do you think?

I also had chemo therapy. I took several drugs over the 10 years of treatment. Now that my children are grown, I don't think I would blindly accept chemo again. I think I would try to explore some alternative methods. Chemo is a hard way to go. But.. I am still alive after 14 years!

Who is Abraham? Is he capable of making his own decisions? Is he capable but a minor child? Need more information to understand this question.

Yes! I heard about this. I also heard that this boy had ALREADY gone through one round of chemo without success, but the government is now stepping in to make him do the second round against his will (I'm not sure if this is 100% true, but my source is a college professor so . . .). It is VERY scary to me. I find this to be the case now with vaccinations (you can only get out of vaccinations by a religious exemption), but what most people don't understand is that vaccines contain a lot of harmful chemicals in addition to the pathogen. Anyway, yes, it worries me. What's to stop them in the future from forcing medications on the citizens? I hope enough people value their human rights enough to not let this happen in the future.
I could see birth control being mandated in the far-off future . . . sometime like, you are allowed to get off of them once you show a marriage certificate or something crazy like that. Mind altering drugs would be more difficult to enforce unless it was done without the people's knowledge.

I am a chemo nurse and can tell I believe everyone has the right to choose. I just wonder if this boy is making an educated decision.
If her were my child, I would urge him to get the chemotherapy. No pain, no gain. He is risking his life.
I am interested in you question on birth control. I think we would be in a lot better shape if some women were forced to be on birth control. Crack addicted babies arent funny and who gave that mother the right to bring that travesty into this world. If she were forced to take a Depo shot by a judge, it would save a lot of tax payers a lot of money. A precious little infant with no one looking out for it until it is too late.
I think if the lady who killed (drowned) her 5 children in a bath tub were taking her mind altering drugs, her children would be alive today She clearly wasnt being treated for schizophrenia. Who looked out for those children.
I also believe in the right to die whenever you choose. I believe you live in a fairy tale world if you think every death is free from suffering and agony. If you know you are going to be happier by swallowing a Dr. Kervorkian mixture, then so be it. You should have the right to die in your own way with dignity.

If this is the case in your country move out. I would assume that yes your government could and are already forcing you to take drugs and chemicals in your everyday foodsource. Do you see the general population getting any healthier. All I have ever seen in the past 20 years are more and more younger people getting progressively sicker, and we have apparently been eating a good diet provided by our governments. I think that most governments
are not to be trusted. What happened to free will? and freedom of choice? I am truly sorry for what has happened to you and yours.

Yes. I had chemo once and I would not want to do it again. I think it should be your choice. When I was going to massage school, the teacher had a baby and they kept wanting to x-ray her lungs everyday. He refused and they wanted to report him to child services. Like many have said on this site, the drug companies rule the government.
