I read that if you press this little point between your eyebrows and right before the brigde of your nose, if you push it just right for like 10-20 seconds you will feel sleepier.

Here's the answer smilingnick gave three months ago. I found it in the Yahoo Answers search.
could be stress, you need to make sure you are not drinking pop or coffee or anything with caffiene after 7pm. You might want to try getting some fresh air and go for a walk or run or something where you are getting a bit of exercise after dinner and relax before bedtime.
Your body needs to wind down by the end of the day. Your brain is on overtime at bedtime so try to turn off your thoughts for the day and consentrate on relaxing.

I take a small 'toddy' of a product called 'Goodnight', it can be obtained thru any good health store. It is loaded full of B Vitamins, after three sips of this drink I can assure you, you will be yawning. when it is consumed chilled it works as a 'pick-me-up' and when consumed at room temperature it will send you to sleep. It works on my 18yr old. Good luck, sorry good night.

warm milk or hot teas usually work pretty well. or pretending your asleep lol it sounds weird but it makes people fall asleep faster.

listen to some soft, relaxing music or sounds. A CD with nature sounds or a CD with velvety, light instrumental music.
