What's in it for you? Do you love him? Do you want this to be a long term thing? If you do and you really think that he will too, go for it. BUT...

You should only do this if you can keep the relationship going afterward. If you are not sure, don't do it, because it can never be undone. If he wants to try it with other women, he is going to do that whether you have sex with him or not.
As for how it feels, I think it differs for everyone. My first time was pretty amazing and definitely influenced how I am in bed today...

if you two love each other go for it long as you are responsible enough to deal with the emotional and physical aspects that sex bring into a relationship if he wanted to sleep with someone else he would have and he still might withholding sex or giving him sex isnt gonna stop that
