Golf balls, like drivers, can be good for one person but not another. Pros like the Titleist Pro V1, but this may not be the best ball for you. You can actually get fitted for a golf ball, but Consumer Reports did a study recently and they determined that for the average person a Nike (very cheap) ball was the best. I don't remember what it was. It was cheap though. I use the ones that land in my yard, but like Titleist when I am actually playing not just practicing.

If you are a beginner to average golfer with a slower to medium swing speed, I would suggest the Titleist PRO V-1.

If you are a intermediate to advanced golfer with a faster swing spped, I would recommend the Titleist PRO V-1x.

Also, the Titleist NXT Tour is a good, all around ball that is less expensive.

It really depends on the level of your game. For a scratch to low handicapper hitting from the back tees, I would spend the extra money for the Pro V1 or Nike Black. For anyone else I would not spend the money. Go with Bridgestone. They are reasonably priced and have great distance with good feel.

Arguably tthe 3 best premium balls right now are the Titleist ProV1, The Nike One, and the Bridgestone 330.

A lot of people might say Titleist Pro V1x but I will differ.

The best for you is to try out all the different balls.

To me Srixon AD333 works for me.

Tried Noodle and don't like it.

All depends on your game,if you're a hacker like me,balls with lots of spin,(Pro-V's,Nike One etc.) only add to your hook or slice.I get the best results, and I've tried every kind, from Precept Laddies
