ok, theres this guy that ive known for about 3 months now and hes a year older then me, im 14 but turning 15 soon and hes 16 and we get along really well, but since school got out we havent seen each other except once. He said that we should hang out and we used to talk to each other everyday on the computer but now he just seems to be avoiding me and not talking at all and we never did hang out...so im really confused cause i think i like him a lot but he is really confusing with the way he acts. He acts like he likes me then like hates me and just keeps changing back and forth. Any suggestions? cause i need them....

You should try to get in contact with him and see what happens. Sounds likes he was testing the water with you, to see if you liked him. And whatever sign he was looking for, you did not give it. some guys are very thick headed, you need to hold up a big, big sign that says 'hey, I like you'.
