i have gotten a shot and am on antibiotics and will be going for blood work in a month. the person who bit me was drunk and is a violent person, ty for your responces.

I heard the bite of a human is the worst that you can get.. worse than any animal. There are lots of germs in a human's mouth. ("The bacterial inoculum of human bite wounds is rich in oral flora, as saliva contains as many as 100,000,000 organisms per mL, representing as many as 190 different species. ") Some of them can cause severe infections and even death.
You should wash well with soap and water, slather with antibiotic ointment and put a bandage over the whole thing. If the bite is really deep, then you should see a dr. or if you think it needs stitches. Then get some help for the person who bit you, maybe some therapy (I'm assuming that this was some kind of violent act.) Read these articles I'm citing below:

If it broke the skin, you could get very sick because the wouund could go septic from all the germs in a person's mouth. If it gets horrible, amputation is the next step...
To prevent it, clean the wound really well and, bandage it well...

Ver very sick. Especially if it draws blood. A human bite is WAY NASTIER than a dog bite ( and they lick their own asses and eat poop and other gross stuff) Seriously get it taken care of people bites are filthy and dangerous

Sick--not necessarily. However, the bite will most likely be infected; all human mouths are infected.

I suppose you can only get sick if they have something to infect you with..... that or you don't treat the wound. Otherwise you should be ok.

the human mouth has lots of bad things in it.. peroxide it really good and make sure it stays clean.
