I'm 20 and my new girlfriend is 17. She never grew up with her father, and has little experience with guys. She likes to kiss, but she's not really into more. I think you are right about the complex thing. She is teasing you and she knows she is and she is asking you to spank her to see how far you will go. I do believe you will discover other weird quirks of a sexual nature and otherwise in the near future. Ask her what she gets out of the spankings and how it makes her feel. She may not understand your frustration (sexual) since she is so young and inexperienced.

Somethings definitely not right...she may have been abused or molested in the past & although that doesn't seem like the logical behavior to have after the fact it definately ain't normal.
Ask her why she does that. Tell her that you don't understand her boundaries sexually & that although it's a nice view that it's freaking you out. She'll stop or she'll grow up...

well it isnt normal but maybe she just wants to keep you as a bf but isnt ready to have sex yet. idk. thats illegal by the way...well in the usa n e way.
