By the way... I don't really care about him, and my parents have no control over him, so how would I control my property if he dosen't respect my authority or any authority at all? Should I get a lock box? Live my life, everyday counting what I have like the inventory of a fast food resturant?

Here is my fail-proof 4 step plan. Each time one step isn't harsh enough, move to the next. By step 4, you will have him licking your shoes clean.

Step 1: Confront him, ask him politely to stop.
Step 2: Warn him, tell him there will be concequences next time.
Step 3: Steal everything he owns.
Step 4: Kick his ***. Until he stops.

And there you have it!

First,,,you do care about him,,otherwise you would not have asked your question,,,,, What is the age difference between you and your brother?? If you are about the same age,,,mabey you have some nicer things than he does and he may be a bit jealous of what you have. You could always comprimise with him and ask him ,,what of yours would you like to trade for a day,,,that way your showing him that you do care,,,,are willing to share,,,and then next time he may just ask you to borrow something of yours with out taking without your permission. If your brother is alot younger than you,,,,mabey you should show him some of your things,,teach him how to use them properly, like your CD player, sterieo,,,ext,,,and let him know that if he wants to use something of yours,,,as long as your in the room with him,,,,then it would be ok,,as long as your there with him.

I have 4 younger sisters who all did the same thing. If you borrow his stuff, you can be sure he will take some of your stuff. Try getting a lock for your door, and if he steals anything of yours, take whatever is most important to him. He will learn not to mess with you. You can tell your parents all you want, but it probably won't help (my experience, anyway).

Talk to your parents about whats going on and either have them talk to him or ask them to allow you to put a lock on your door so he gets the hint not to go in. The best thing would be to try to talk to him first to see if he stops, if he doesn't then go to your parents.

You can't, you guys are siblings but there's one thing you can do, tell your parents about your brother. Tell him how much you care about him and how he disrespects you like you're not his brother. Works all the time.

Talk to your parents. My niece who is only three years younger took my stuff forever. She took everything from my bras to my skirts. It really weirded me out. This week I caught her shoplifting. If he doesn't learn his lesson now how far is it going to go?

Talk to him, and if he doesn't stop, tell your parents. This behavior will land him in jail later.
