If he doesn't know you - come up and itroduce yourself. Think of something to talk about right after introduction, otherwise it's kinda stupid. Ask him a question. (If he gives a rude answer - remember, it's not your problem that he turned out to be a jerk.)

If he knows you - come up and ask a question. Better yet, come up and ask for insignificant help that he can easily provide. Hey, they called it flirting in the old days.

Otherwise - they're kinda blind. They don't notice, unless you do something about it.

ALWAYS wear clothes that looks good on YOU, i.e. the ones that make you feel fantastic, not stupid or self-consiuos - "Is my cut too low? Is my skirt too short?"

But yeah, capitalize on your assets - if you have great legs, wear a skirt or jean that shows them off. If you have the greatest boobs on the planet - get rid of that sweatshirt, get something nicer for gossake. I mean, not just for that guy. Always.

katie be confident. try to be yourself. we guys really dig girls with good personality. Try to develop your own stand about everything including the dress that you wear, the way you do your hair etc. Don't always try to imitate others. I know where you are coming from. You're prob. the shy type right? Well, ya need to get out of your shell. Be confident in your self and be your self. Just go up to the guy and start a conversation with him. Don't just talk about your self...show you are intreasted in him by asking him questions about him. First, don't act like a SIut. If that is what gets his attention, then he is not worth knowing. Just talk to him. You don't have to have a full blown conversation or anything. A hello or a funny little comment will get him thinking, "who IS that?" Guys like to laugh and they do not like to be heavily pursued...it kind of cramps their style.
