My husband and I have been going through some pretty rough times lately, and I had to get food help from some local food pantries. It was a humiliating, pride swallowing experience, but I am grateful for the services I received for my children. Without the giving, compassionate spirits of the people at the food pantries and those who donated food, my children would have starved. I know that when we are back on our feet, I will be donating food to the local food pantries that have helped my family. They were kind, compassionate, and did not treat me like dirt.

Pray God would lead you to a specific person. It may be a man on the street or a woman helping other women in need. Don't let what money you have go to a corrupt cause that uses words and pictures to deceive people. God is all wise. Pray that He would give you peace in your searching. Then when you know, don't listen to anyone else. It is the giving heart that matters more than the money you are giving. You are storing up treasure in heaven. God be with you on your choosing!

Is there a warm line? Is there an Alcoholics nameless company interior of sight? Are there public shelters for homeless those with issues like that? Is there somebody in wellness care that should be prepared to run a charity software for alcoholics or those with drug and appropriate issues? you need to do slightly of study to confirm who's worth of having the money. Ask the human beings on the church, too, in the event that they be responsive to somebody who's doing good artwork in those areas.

actually in my experience with hurricaine katrina, the only npo that was there to help people and not just to be on TV was the Salvation Army. The Red Cross was there only when the cameras were on. The worst one out there is UNICEF. Only a small percentage of your donations go to help people.my pick is Salvation Army

Why not donate the money you leave to orphans and appoint a lawyer to be sure they recieve it in a benificial way. Its better to give charity to people you know you will get more reward by searching for the truely needy.
Pray that helps
