running or sit ups.... no question. Do both, you should be running 3 times a week for half hour anyway to keep fit. No one does but I don't see why not :/

I heard that the muscles in your abdomen are the smallest in your body, and as a result, the easiest to develope. Running is the fastest way to lose a belly, coupled with sit-ups. Find diet right for a runner and run that weight away. Then do situps. Make sure you don't do thousands of sit-ups everday though, because there is such a thing as people over working their muscles. Do crunches every other day, and run everyday.

First, cut back on fat. The three top exercises are the bicycle move (slow with legs kicking out as low as possible), reverse crunches, and I forgot the other one! You cannot spot reduce though! I have had 3 boys and still have a 6 pack cuz I run and do my 3 types of abs exercises and eat right. ediets.com is awesome!

holding yourself up at a push up position, before you go down. Just hold yourself up and make sure you tighten your tummy and you don't feel too much pain in your arms, otherwise, your only working out your arms. I did this while watching tv for a commercial then i rested for the next commercial and did it again till my show started back up for like a half hour and my stomach was tighter two days later, seriously.

Crunches, not sit-ups; various kinds of crunches. But you also have to do cardiovascular exercise and reduce your caloric intake. Simple: you will lose fat if you burn more calories than you consume. You can have great abdominal muscles, but until you get rid of the fat, no one will see them.

People who plan their weekly meals are usually successful at losing weight than those that don’t. Plan your dishes to incorporate healthy carbs such as fairly sweet potato and wholegrain pasta, greens and lean proteins, buy each of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to consume out or order in.

Suck it in. Consciously hold in and contract your abdominals while you’re walking, sitting at the desk or making the meal. This will help to strengthen your stomach muscles and your core, and enable you to get one step closer to a new flatter stomach.

Beans, beans, are best for your heart, the more consume the more you... lose weight actually. Super-effective and full connected with fibre, beans will regulate your appetite and slow the rate at which your current stomach empties, meaning you be fuller for longer.

Al dente pasta incorporates a lower GI value, so is usually a healthier option than nuking your fusilli till it’s soggy.
