Go to hayhouseradio.com and you will find a variety of teachers and info regarding this. Then read some of their books. This will give you an idea of what is out there before you go to workshops so you can make an intelligent decision. As they say, when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. Just take a few initial steps and you will find many good teachers.

read the book by Raymond Buckland Complete book of witchcraft and for index purposes it has many covens and organizations in it for referance this may help you out
