A nice summer dessert - 1 package of jello in your favorite flavor, 1 small container of cool whip, 1 package of either sour cream or cream cheese - you have to experiment and see which one you like best - stir them all together = keep the jello dry = put it in the fridge and it makes a delicious light and cool summery dessert - my household likes it year round.

a good recipe i've made:
you need-
Marshmellows
Peanut butter
dipping chocolate
coconut shavings
and a ziplock sandwich bag
Take the Ziplock, and trim off a corner of the bag, that is not by the opening. Put spoonfulls of peanut butter in the bag, and insert the cut corner into the middle of the marshmellow. Squeeze the bag, and peanut butter will make a filling in the marshmellow. Then, dip the marshmellow in the dipping chocholate. (you can stick a toothpick in the marshmellow or dip it with your fingers). Before the chocolate hardens, take cocunut shavings and sprinkle them on the chocolate. put in the fridge/freezer for about an hour, and then there you have it!, a recipe that i have not named!
P.S, you can find all the ingredients at your local store!

Ok to make a good crepe I use a pancake respie and make it thinner, get a good cast iron skillet and butter the bottom and pour in just enough to make a thin layer on the bottom of the pan. let it sit for 2 min and than flip out on plate and add your favorit fruit in the middle and fold over the edge add a dolop of yougart and power sugar or cinn. sugar and serve. We use strawberrys, or fresh blueberries at room temp. My guest at the Inn love them

Cookie Ice-Cream Cake
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup chocolate syrup, divided
1 quart chocolate ice-cream, softened
1 quart vanilla ice-cream, softened
44 chocolate chip cookies (chips ahoy works best)
Crumble up 25 cookies. Place them in a circular springform pan. You don't have to have a springform pan, but it works best. Pour the butter or margarine on top. Freeze for 15 minutes. Next, pour the chocolate syrup on the crust and get the rest of the cookies and make a border around the edge. Freeze for 15 more minutes. Get the vanilla ice-cream, and place on top of the crust. Smooth it out. Freeze for 25 minutes. Make a layer, and put the chocolate ice-cream on top of the vanilla ice-cream. Smooth it out. Freeze for 25 more minutes. Before serving, take it out for 10 minutes to thaw. Optional-Drizzle more chocolate syrup on top of the chocolate ice-cream for a fancier look.
My family and I ♥ LOVE♥ this recipe, and it's very easy to make!!
