If you go on the lemonade diet do you HAVE to take those teas?? I hate tea and I really dont get along with it... and that salt thing sounds like a lot of salt water.. is it really nessicary?

But every person is different... The problem is that we often will have flu like symptoms when parasites begin to die-off and we think we are having a bad reaction to something...
You have to know when to move on or know when to stick it out. You are in charge of your body though and we are all our own animal with our own mineral deficiencies. I would try getting some pH strips from a pool supply house and urinate on one every day you do the lemonaise diet to see if you are becoming less acidic. If you are then you are probaly on the right track.

Uh.....If I were you, I'd stick with a healthy diet...all your fruits and veggies, etc....and plenty of exercise.....and lots of water. Fad diets don't work....don't waste your time.
