Im white, Brown stright hair, Hazel/Green eyes With Oval face..and my skin is clear and small pored,
last time i said my hips were 40 inch...well thats how we count them in italy...but recording to u.s...my hips are 34, chest 34B..waist 24 and am about 165 cm..and 95 lbs..
so do u think i can be a model??

Sure you could, but you may want to identify what type of modelling you're interested in pursuing ( runway, print media, figure, etc) so that you can tailor your portfolio to accomodate those interests. Good luck in that endeavor.
