by expience you need to sue someone, because spinal injury is for life, all your life your back will be in pains, i been there i know, the doctor told me, onece you have a back injury, that the rest of your life there will be pain. it gets worse and worse

Depending on the extent of the injury, there's not too much you can do other than see a back specialist + rest it in bed for a month or two..... at least I recall that's what was prescribed to a Formula1 driver who did his back in years ago + also when a girl I knew at school did her spine in from jumping off a bridge.

In extreme cases, it may require surgery (though not as bad as the surgery required by my friend in San Francisco who's got a REAL bad case of Scoliosis).
