i got an offer from a clinic in florida, but the home land security authorities has used up all the number for 2007, is there other way to get into USA faster? thanks.

America wants Doctors! I would look futher into it.I would think so but I don't know the answer.

Ask your sponsor to try for an O-1 visa; DHS is getting a little more generous in interpreting the qualifications for Os since Hs are so quickly taken.
Or ask them to file for an E (employment-based) immigrant visa.

Go to Canada. Or stay in your own country. We don't need any more illegals.
