This may sound really weird but I swear it is the best meditation I have ever found. First fill your bath to where the water level will be over your ears. And then turn the shower on, and submerse all but your nose underwater. It sounds like your laying under a waterfall. It may sound strange but it is so relaxing.

Taking a toke of those kind buds is easily the most relaxing thing in the world., but unfortunately the powers that be have deemed marijuana illegal. They don't want you relaxing and enjoying life. You're supposed to be consuming oil and any other damn thing they throw in your face.

I could really use some relaxation too!I live close to Lake Erie, and will sometimes bring an herbal tea down there to the shore--alone--and watch the sun setting.Ahhh--so simple, yet so peaceful.

I always go by myself and sit at the Lake.. the water is very relaxing, and watching people walk the lake and admiring them. Hope this helps.

Curling up with a good book and a warm blanket, sipping hot coco or tea during a rainstorm listening to the rain and thunder.

My grandmas house. For some reason whenever we go there we need to poop and take a nap. It has been that way for all of us since we were kids. I am now 33 and my sister is 41. Nothing has changed.
