until two years ago I was only a cat person. My last dog had been such a sweetheart and I never wanted to replace her. Then my husband who has Alzheimer picked a puppy in a pet shop and decided we should have him.
I knew nothing about Maltese puppies but got him to please my husband.
Since then I just can't put into words what that little dog has done for the 2 of us. He is the glue that keeps us together. I just have a great best friend.I still love the cat but she is so independent.

I think that is a trick question. I like my cat over my dog when it comes to keeping mice out of the house, but my dog over my cat when it comes to making me safe. Both make me feel good when I do not feel well or are having a glum day. They each have their own qualities that make them so different, yet so much loved! :)

I like the 2 of them the same .....But the thing that i don't like about cats is that they like more the house than it's owner ,and the dogs more the owner than the house(acording to a book i read in the library).....But i think it's true......
