For sure, complain. Inform your parents or step-parents. Do not allow it. If nothing else, talk your school counselor.

The best thing that you should do is lay some rules on him..tell him what he can't do...then u go talk to ur mom or dad...and tell then right away...cuz if u let him keep doing that..it can get worse..so just have a talk with both of the grownups and tell them whats happening...I hope you have the guts to do this...be strong and confident w/u tell then what going on w/ ur step brother

First react with an eww you are nasty keep your hands to yourself so he knows you know what he is getting at. If that doesn't cure it then hit him in the ears while he is reaching for his ears kick him in the nads and run and tell your parents if they won't do something leave the house and call the cops.

He should not be allowed to do that. You need to tell a parent right away. If you are not comfortable with a parent, tell an adult you can trust. You need to do this before it gets worse. What he is doing is in violation of the law.

Tell someone that you trust. Don't let it go any further. If you let it go on, it WILL get worse. What he is doing is not right... Step-Brother-to-be or not, when someone touches you against your wishes it's time for you to tell.

Tell your parents about this and get it stopped right away to protect yourself in the future. I would rather be safe than sorry!

That's not right. Tell him that you guys are gonna be related soon, and that he's being really inappropriate. Tell your parents too. And what do you mean by "it"?

Mi Mi,
Thank you for the question.
I would try and speak sense with him. If necessary, I would discuss it with your parent and see what they say. I would advise him that you intend discussing it with your parent/s if he doesn't behave himself.
Best wishes and I hope it works out for you.
Regards
