Lately, I've been getting headaches every time I've been out in the sun exercising (usually playing basketball for 2 hours or so). I've been drinking plenty of Gatorade and water, so I know I'm not getting dehydrated. The headache is in the front of my head above my forehead. I am in excellent shape, so it's not an issue of stamina.

I live in Los Angeles and it's been unusually hot. I don't really want to wear sunglasses or a hat when I'm playing basketball

Doctor, every time I hit myself in the head with a hammer it hurts, what should I do? - Do not go out in the heat and exercise for long periods of time. Your body is telling you that you are over doing it.
