Has anyone ever seen what this type of mix would look like? Would it be a small or big dog? This question is if someone were to breed a male German Shepherd to a Female Chuahua.

I don't believe that can happen because of the different sizes.

If I were to do that, I would want to bred a male chiuaiua to a female shepherd (unterus would be bigger with less stress on mama). Depending on the litter size, you could have all sorts of differnt looks on the pups. lean like mom, but with the tall stature and shape of papa. Or you could have size and shape of mom with dad's markings. Lets see...what else.....shperd face, chuiaua build, long-ish shepherd fur; short chiuaua fur, shepderd bulid, chi face......possobllities are almost endless. You could have some really ugly pups (where the traits are totally misproportionate) or really interesting and cute (everything matches)

A) why and B) all the puppies could look different so no there is no definite picture as to what they would look like. Please don't breed just to find out either.

it would grow a bit larger than the mom, but not to big, rmeber it has to go trough the birth canal, it would have both parents features, but if it were the other way around, the puppies usually grow as big as their mothers.

Okay that's bizarre. Growing up, I had a dog that was G. Sheperd-cross (crossed with something that made it smaller, and then it's mother was a Chihuahua-cross. It was one butt-ugly mutt.

Yeah...not advising this...years ago we had a beagle female get knocked by up the neighbor's huge dog...she died while having the pups because they were so big.

I have one too. She is so adorable. she looks exactly like a small GS. Slightly agressive yet good temperment and very smart..

I don't think the Chihahau could carry and give birth to half GSD puppies. I don't know if they could actually mate.

I think you mean chihuahua. It depends on how big the parents are.
