- Walk/Jog 2 miles on treadmill (speed 4-5)
- Triceps/biceps with Free weights
- Abs (100 crunches on yoga ball)
- Lunges (20)
- 20 minutes of cardio ( on eliptical machine)

** If i do that everyday will i get results in 2 weeks? Im trying to lose at least 5 pounds in two weeks.. Is there anything else i should do to help? Help & Answers PLEASE :)

That's a great plan but try adding some squats and plies. They will help to tone the areas of the legs and buns that the lunges miss. Good luck!

so if you're starting completely from scratch (i.e. not working out at all)... on that routine you'll lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks. after that, itll slow to 1/2 to 1lb per week.

u forgot the diet component to your workout.... you need to cut all junkfood + sugar, eat healthy meals ( 4 to 5 per day) otherwise your workouts will be wasted.

that should definately work... you might even lose more thran 5 pounds
