dont loose it in 2 months, the best way to loose weight is to do it over time and make sure you keep it off. loose 5 lbs a month and in 10 months that 50 pounds. make sure to keep yourself within 5 pounds + or - of your target weight

Wen I was 14 I was 180 and I lost 30 lbs in about a month! The day after Thanksgiving till Christmas is wen I did it all! I simply ate 180 calories or less for breakfast. Then skool lunch was a turkey n cheese sandwhich, no red meat n no dressing. I went from 2% milk to skim also. Wen I got home from skool I exercised for an hour. Different types of crunches, leg routines and I used jar candels as my weights for my arms LOL Then for dinner I ate w/e my momma made, but one plate. NO SNACKS!!! Thas key. N only diet soda 4 that sweet tooth u might have. It takes dedication but deffinatly the weight will come off.

well, it's good to hear you want to lose weight but you should do it healthily. trying to do it quickly in 2 months isn't going to work.
if you want to lose the weight and KEEP it off, then you should do it slowly. only lose a few pounds per week, by walking and doing other excercise daily and eating smaller meals.
if you use drastic dieting to lose the weight in 2 months, i am sorry to say, the weight will come back later. because anything that you need to do for 2 months (such as eating only soup), you won't want to keep doing for the rest of your life.

I have lost weight before by eating a nice sized breakfast (the most important meal of the day) then eating small lunch and supper.... riding bike and walking while eating like this will speed the process up.

Stop eating in between meals quit snacking, just eat your 2 meals, a light dinner and watch your portions and calories when you eat but if your the kind of person who tends to snack alot that will make you gain the weight!
