Low carb diets can be dangerous if you have kidney problems or do not drink enough water. If you are using proteins for energy, which you are if you are not including carbs in your diet, it requires your kidneys to work harder to rid the body of the excess nitrogen compounds that come from the breakdown of proteins.Extra water helps wash the protein wastes through. A well balanced diet is better for your body. Cut portions and exercise more.

All diets are dangerous and do not work in the long run. You have to change the way you live: eat smaller portions, exercise, sleep properly, quit smoking. Drink moderately. When you exercise, you increase your metabolism which helps you have better bowel movements that in turn help you lose weight. You should not rush your pottie time.
